Live and Let Die - REVIEW

Film of the Day #36

Featuring supernatural elements like voodoo-occultism, tarot readings and characters that rise from the dead, this certainly goes into the records as one of the more unique Bond movies. Live and Let Die, however is also one of the most underrated and neglected 007 adventures.  Live and Let Die ushers in Roger Moore as the new James Bond with ultimately his best performance. Embraced with a lighter, wittier tone Live and Let Die is filled with classic Bond villains, girls and action sequences. While Live and Let Die is somewhat dated and nowhere near as good as Sean Connery's entries, Live and Let Die is armed with one of the best title songs in the franchise.
