Lethal Weapon 3 - REVIEW

Film of the Day #208/ 300

Gibson and Glover reunite as the 'chaos and mayhem' partners of the LAPD, in the third installment in the phenomenally successful action series.  Although the worst of all four movies; Lethal Weapon 3 is a satisfying film for fans of the franchise. An entertaining and compelling addition to the series, Lethal Weapon 3 puts more emphasis on humor, but once again offers plenty of explosive action and ruthless violence. Joining them is trash talking sidekick Joe Pesci, adding some light-hearted comic relief between detonations, while the introduction of wildcard Rene Russo launches a hazardous romance. Lethal Weapon 3 matures the series and develops three-dimensional characters by introducing sensitivity into their world of adversity.
